Armstrong Campus
The Armstrong Campus offers three residence halls offering both apartments and suites, each suited to a range of student lifestyles.

Compass Point
Compass Point is a co-ed, garden-style apartment hall, ideal for socializing and studying. It is also the largest community at Armstrong and hosts a number of communities.

University Crossings
University Crossings is a co-ed apartment hall with the largest bedrooms on campus. It鈥檚 ideal for upperclassmen and graduate students looking for a quieter environment near the Fine Arts Building and the College of Health Profession.

Windward Commons
Windward Commons is made up of co-ed suites and is the newest residence hall on the Armstrong campus. Developed specifically for first-year students, it features multipurpose social nooks, classrooms for tutoring, piano rooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and the Cove!
Statesboro Campus
Our busy Statesboro Campus hosts seven unique residence halls, each woven into the diverse Eagle community and designed to foster a thriving student body.

Centennial Place
Centennial Place is made up of co-ed apartments and suites and where over 1000 students live at the heart of our busy campus and enjoy amenities like a clubhouse, game room and more.

Eagle Village
East Village is made up of co-ed suites and is home to 798 independent first-year students. Enjoy safety, security and timely maintenance while having your own basketball court, clubhouse and computer lab.

Freedom鈥檚 Landing
Freedom鈥檚 Landing is made up of co-ed apartments housing a diverse range of nearly 1000 students, from first-year and upper-class students to transfer and graduate students. The hall includes 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units alongside a volleyball court and pool.

Southern Courtyard
Southern Courtyard is made up of co-ed apartments that house 476 students, including the Creative Living Theme Community.

Southern Pines
Southern Pines is made up of co-ed apartments and super suite style units. It houses 628 students including student athletes, the Innovation Living Learning Community, and the ROTC Theme Living Community. Complex amenities include a clubhouse with computer lab, a volleyball court and easy access to the campus pedestrium.

Watson Hall
Watson Hall is a co-ed hall divided by for students who want a convenient centralized location. Watson residents enjoy traditional-style units with two people per bedroom and community bathroom living arrangements. A large multi-purpose room, centralized laundry, and lounges on every floor offer regular opportunities to interact with other residents in the community.

Kennedy Hall
Kennedy Hall is made up of co-ed suites and is the oldest residence hall on campus. It includes a large multi-purpose room, floor activities and a large forested courtyard with outdoor grills and picnic tables.

First Year Live On Requirement
We鈥檙e so confident of the benefits of living on campus that all undergraduate students new to 精东 are required to live on campus for an entire academic year. For students in unusual circumstances we do offer exemptions.
